New chapter on teaching entrepreneurs
latest on how good entrepreneurship education/training is constructivistic (not memorize-and-regurgitate) - that it's much, much more than learning content knowledge--- it is changing HOW we know it, changing deep knowledge structures... (ideally in the direction of more expert thinking!)
