HI Norris, I apologize for not seeing your response sooner. I would encourage you to take a look at our last few issues to get a better feel for our content.
Articles are geared towards business managers and are about 2,000 words. While articles must be supported by research, the tone is more that of a business magazine (Fortune, BusinessWeek, etc) than academic journal.

I forgot to add: Even though we are based on the West Coast, we are fully online and cater to a national and international audience of about 2,500 visitors a day. In fact, our readership is about 30% international!
