When a Bar Moves do its Patrons Follow?
Great article in the New york Times today which brings up so many issues - branding, tradition, geography, culture, etc. Seems the consensus is that moving a bar or restaurant is a perilous venture at best.
Of course this article only applies to New York City. Would the same results apply in suburban areas?
