This was the really fun one to write - the resources and contacts we have out there are truly remarkable (and, um, "cost-effective")

Just like with adults, to do it right is imperative and that requires more than content, it requires truly experiential learning. To move past just doing some "hands-on" stuff, you need experts to guide the learners.
