some ideas for the WIRED crew
Joe H asked me a while back to think about things we might do -
that were clearly best practice
we could actually do
that weren't too spendy (and/or we could persuade others to fund)
Joe asked me to frame this in the form of a proposal (actually a set of proposals), hence the format. I'm convinced that we can actually get outside funding to partly support any/all of these.
I'll have 3 more ideas that either surfaced this week and/or were inspired by our discussion. (one is particularly diabolical...)
