Leadership as the Linking Imperative. This examined the attributes of how leadership makes things happen as viewed from their subordinates. Included statistical analysis of survey results for the State of Idaho Division of Medicaid.
- Wrote undergraduate thesis on What Can You Do With A Leadership Degree? This
thesis consisted of original research on the viability of the university degree program with interviews from current and former students, industry, and a city Mayor.
